Thats all you need for the internet charges. For roaming call charges, then you need to not answer you phone, and only make the calls you want. Be careful if you use the iPhone for email - if you need to access an email, it will download all the headers when you switch roaming back on - but it will only be the headers so the data size won't be to large - just be aware of the attachments when viewing the emails.
