Best way to blow a Grand?

Just wondering... If you were given £1000 to spend with your OH on something fun how would you do it? It shouldn't be a thing you can keep, more an experience! Any ideas guys and girls??

Freefall Parachute jump? I did a static line jump years ago and it was f***ing awesome!

Theres a company in Wales that hires Kit Cars for the day to thrash around the mountain roads, id probably be blowing it on a weekend doing that, only a couple hundred quid though so it would be accompanied by a stay in a very posh hotel / spa and some entertainment for the evening.
