have a kid - makes you think twice before you swear in case they pick it up.

Doesn't work completely, but I think I have toned my language down a bit...well at home anyway.

In our office we have a "profanometer" (a whiteboard with our names on.)

5 Strikes and you bring a packet of bisuits in for the others, another 5 strikes, another packet of biscuits and so on.

Worked initially, but we're now putting on weight, as our biscuit consumption is increasing.

Carry a pin around with you at all times and whenever you catch yourself swearing jab it hard into your arm.

I am available to carry out this service for you but the salary is £50kpa + expenses and private healthcare.

Make a list of the all of the words you want to stop using.

Stop using all of the words on the list.

I think that covers everything. HTH.

I swear a lot more now than I used to but then I worked on and around building sites for 5 years where every other word was either fcensoredk or censored.
