Drinking Game - Ski Race

After some advice really.
I was wandering if anyone here has ever done the driking game the "ski race"?
Basically 2 teams of 4 or or less.
You have 4 glasses fixed to a ski each & they race each other.
If one person drinks too quickly the others get covered in drink...
Does anyone know what the best way to fix plastic glasses would be?

Loctite or staples ideally.

Sounds similar to a Boat Race, where you fill a canoe with Midori and have to down it in unison.
