As per thread title........

Using the "tilt" facility I have just "flown" from Lands End to John 'o Groats and then driven from Skipton to Aysgarth, via Kettlewell....no waiting at airports, petrol costs, speed tickets.......

I'm like a kid in a sweetshop......

Who needs expensive computer games??....

I wonder where to next....biggrin.....driving

I'm sure there will be a thread like it already, but the aircraft graveyard in the US is pretty awesome, and there are crosshairs drawn all over the New Mexico desert near Area 51.

Have you downloaded the ancient Rome 3d maps and buildings and taken a trip around there?

Last Christmas I had my folk staying before I took them to the airport. They don't have broadband at home so hadn't seen Google earth.
I fired it up and started showing them the usual sights, like their house, when I zoomed in on my house I said to my mum 'if you go outside you'll be able to see the satellite looking at us' .......She couldn't understand the chuckling when she came back in. biggrin
