It comes from a time where HD Compatible and the like were used to infer that non HD Ready screens were HD Ready.
Remember now! We sold the PAL range of Sharp panels a few years back that had an HDMI in but only had 540 vertical pixels. The panel was pretty good for SD telly and even with an HD picture performed pretty well.E31Shrew said:

Bluntly speaking then, assuming there were no obvious faults, what would you offer someone for this? (TV only, forget the stand for now).
Must be worth £150.00 surely???Buy it ..make sure its covered on home insurance policy then......................
Or come on PH and discuss various methods of insurance fraud. Looking what happens to those folks, i'll steer clear of that path if you don't mind.
