Guys just check out your insurance - some are a bit funny about the lid being off & the car being unattended.

Hi Chris
I checked with Hagarty who said something stolen from unside the car wasnt covered unless roof up properly but otherwise the car was covered normally if left open

Hi martin it was Bromsgrove Auto Trimmers, but hold up for a moment as I am thinking of getting them to replace the elastic loops that go around the door mirrors for webbing with a buckle which could be tightened. Proplem at present is if it raining you get a puddle and its weight can cause a sag, i think solid webbing would cure that

Cheers for the up-date, i think i will prob invest in one of these as removing-replacing the targa panels will no doubt bug me when nice weather comes.

Cover Systems of Rushden, Northants.
If they don't have stock ones they will make you one! Great value and brilliant covers.

Yes but thw whole point of mine is just to avoid putting targa panels on if leaving the car for a while (say while shopping) in unsettled wheather

The solution is to keep driving - that way you avoid the shopping and have more money for petrol - job sorted!
