e46 M3 tyre pressures for track

anyone with experience on this?
any suggestions on tyre pressures for dry and then wet track conditions? my tyres are Michelin Pilots on std 19 rims, std suspension, uprated brakes
I know from experience dry needs higher psi to avoid tyre sidewall problems, I've found one previous post suggesting 4 psi up, any thoughts? cheers

at my last trackday, i dropped the cold tyre pressures to 31psi front and rear 32.5 to good effect.
