How to obtain full notes of a Court case??

relating to other thread just started about other halfs parent's mental illness.
A court case was involved, she is fine with me reading up but doesnt want to know herself. So anyone know how to get it- just have the newspaper coverage of the story.
Currently abroad so online way would be good.
