Martini MK77

Does anyone know anything about a Martini MK77? I understand it is a 1998 built car with a BMW 3 litre engine but not a lot other than that.

I've been offered one, could anyone fill in more detail?

Looks to be a little sportscar in a spyder-type configuration, similar to a Radical I'd say.
