Anyone else having trouble with Eclipse broadband?

As per the title, over the last few days my downloads speeds from Eclipse have become cripplingly slow. I spend 30 minutes earlier waiting for Tech Support to answer my call (unusual for them) and ended up logging an online ticket.
Just wondering whether it's a specific issue with my connection, or if it's all gone to pot at their end and everybody is having the same issues.
