Avoid the Bigg Market and the Quayside, stick around the Central Station, Grey Street, Haymarket and The Gate and you'll be fine.
Try Tandoori Nights at the bottom of Grey Street for a late night curry and that way you'll also be guarenteed a taxi. Don't jump the line at the taxi ranks, you will be punched.
Take ID the last time I was out they were IDing everyone no matter how old you look.

Anywhere in the Big Market will be great entertainment with lots of lasses of easy virtue. Its only a short stroll from the main Train station. Whilst there pick up the local preference for clubs.
Ps even though the weather is a bit inclement of late, girls will still be exposing lots of flesh.

Go to Digital in times square, its a really good night out there. Then try Revolution vodka bar. (If your feeling brave/mad, try their chille shot!)

Although Digital can be very good i wouldn't necessarily reccomend it for a couple of lads on the lash. Plus the bars around Digital are mainly frequented by those seeking a partner of the same sex.... which may or may not be your thing.
If you're coming from seeing the match, head into The Gate, Sam Jacks and Tiger Tiger. Plenty of beer and girls. Can't go wrong. That or, if you're feeling ever so slightly less laddish, wonder down to Centurion in Central Station, then the Tokyo Bar which is kinda opposite Revolutions (the Vodka bar). Just head to the train station and ask. Tokyo bar is a very cool bar with an outside upstairs which is good if you want to smoke too.
Cheers,
Rob.
