Never been able to complete the cube but I could always do the Rubik's Clock in less than 60secs.

Sadly the only way I could do it was to remove the screw under the cap and reassemble it frown

I did it ten years ago, by taking all the stickers of and replacing them in the correct places.

After learning how to in the 80's I could do the cube sub 1 minute which was cool but nowhere near the really quick times of those who really knew what they were doing.

First of all, let me say how refreshing it is to see a thread title that doesn't have an apostrope in it, where the last letter of the topic title is an "s"

I regret to say that, unfortunately, in this instance, you probably need one.

as you were..

I could do it back in the day, probably could again if I was passed a cube. I used Patrick Bosserts book.

Did it involve a Rubik's cube?

My mate at school used to be able to do it in 20 seconds or so. It is quite easy when you know the stages and the standard moves. I was more like 2 minutes or so. Once I could do it the novelty wore off.

Sub 1 minute here too although I used to be able to do it sub 30s a few years ago. You have to learn too many algorithms to get below that though smile There's a video on youtube somewhere of someone doing it blind-folded in 13 seconds or something stupid.

I've never done one. I could never see the point. confused

Like IQ type tests, or crosswords, or those puzzle books with pages of silly problems, or that silly Japanese number rows thing that is all the rage now, whatever it is called, I get bored halfway through and I've never finished one yet.

Doing a pointless test, or puzzle, just for the sake of doing it? WTF?
