On The fantastic pics thread it has popped up and we are all trying to find a bigger version, we need to know what film it is from.

Any help, or do you know a bigger version of the pic ?

Cheers

I'm not certain, but I think it may be from a film of some kind.

It does look somewhat like Kate Nauta but I'm not 100% sure...

OK a different search method - according to one of the guys here she's firing an automatic 9mm which aren't too widely used in films compared to other guns, so this can maybe give us a better chance of working out what it's from.

doubt its film, looks like a rubbish photoshop use of the blur tool. Not even I'd be happy with that

agreed, also note the missing reflections/light from the muzzle flash. could be a publicity shot for a film though.

Bit odd how all the flying spent cartridges are so close together - she's fired off seven and the car's only travelled two feet...

also the recoil, her arm in that pose would not handle recoil

OK, we're agreed: Car and girl are stationary. Mr Photoshop Man has then added lateral blur to background, radial blur to wheel, painted in flying cartridges and muzzle flash. Mr Wind Machine Man has done the hair.

Seems like we have have a new competition theme hehe

If the gun was firing blanks, it may do...and I strongly suspect the gun was firing blanks!

My 2p - car moving at about 5mph - enough to get the wheel blur but slow-enough the cartridges would still be close together*.

* If someone can work out the maximum fire-rate for a semi-auto 9mm, then look at the distance between the cartridges, that would give you a time/distance calculation to work out the speed of the car!!! nerd
