Following on from the recent child naming thread my wife and I are also facing the same dilemma with the above names. Be interesting to hear people's opinion. Thanks

I voted Bethany, however I would get easily wound up by people calling her Befany. I've just found out that I am being induced tomorrow, two weeks early as they think it is a 10lb'er already...may be back to steal a name. Good luck!

Isn't 'Alaya' perhaps a tad redolent of 'ethnic'?

I voted Ameila but wondered if it should really have been Amelia (which I like more).

Abbie = Abigail. My favourite of those.

And, induced at 10lb? I thought that was C-section territory? Good luck, yourself! eek

Daisy... it has to be Daisy, lovely name for a little girl but not sure about when she turns into a 15 stone munter.

I like the name Abigail. Going on the flower theme, how about Lilly?

well, Jessica is the name of the song which Top gear used to use...

The others are all cute for a baby, but what about a 16 year old with piercings and tattoos. Will she get bullied?

I voted for Amelia. My old boss's grand-daughter is called Amelia Grace, which I think sounds really lovely.
