I duno, it lasts 30 days though.
Try just emailing the seller.
If you search for it in ebay / paypal you can find it.
Go to the help screen.

10 days for a ebay dispute but paypal dispute can be started immediately.

You should also be able to report the seller to ebay.

Just do one or the other.

Same company so doesn't matter. Stupid system I know but herein lies the fault with ebay.

wait 10 days (from auction end/date bought) to file the complaint to ebay, it automatically takes you to paypal after to log a request for your money back.

They always advise you to try and sort it out with the seller before you raise a dispute. Don't worry though because they always side with the buyer no matter what

is it inflatable, and does it vibrate and need a bit of lube?

That sounds like total BS, if they cannot provide evidence of delivery then you may not have recieved the item.

I assume that the email above is from paypal?

If it is raise an ebay claim now.

If you've got enough evidence - small claims court?

Yep, I know she has, but [devils advocate] she could have had another one that's she's now selling [/devils advocate]. PP always assume it's not arrived if you can't prove delivery.

Gimme a min re the email, I'll check back, see what I got emailed when someone sent something back to me for a refund (silly cock didn't read the description).

Hi there PH Massive,
I'm in the very same boat as OP.
I bought an item, paid for it, got it delivered, had it fitted and it didnt fit, it cost me 2 hours labour at the mechanics.
Took it off checked it over & sent it back.
He wouldnt refund to sent it back to me so i opened a dispute.
He said that i damaged it (which i didnt as i inspected it before sending it back).
He then sent a snotty email in the paypal dispute saying ... Quote " you broke it & expect a refund" Haha no chance!
Anyway,
I was advised by paypal to send it back via tracked delivery.
I sent it 2 days ago via signed for, tracked guaranteed next day before 3pm.
I know he's received it because i've checked by the couriers website he has & i have tracking etc etc etc.
Although in the dispute page it says that he has to respond by saying he's received it before the refund by paypal can be made.
He has'nt done so yet so i've sent him a VERY polite email asking him to do so so that we can close the matter.
He still has'nt done so.
I'm worried this case will get closed as it expires in 4 days time & i will lose my money... (Around £160) Am i destined to lose it or will i still get it back if he does'nt say he's received it?
(I did post the tracking details & courier company via the dispute).
