if you went to, say game to get a xboc game, you get an xmas temp serving you who isnt 100% in the working of the till and shop.

you pay, give a gift card over instead of your points card, xmas temp says 'this is a gift card and not a points card' ok they give the gift card back, then the xmas temp puts the game through the till and them you see it go through the till but even though you know its been bought and gone through, fish out your gift card and say, 'put the points on that', xmas temp says, ' sorry, I thought you didnt have one as you gave me a gift card instead of a points card and I have taken the money off your other gift card, I have made a mistake sorry, but if you ring the number on the reseate for customer service and quote the number and your points card number they will put the points onto your card'.

would you then say 'not my problem, refund it'

temp says 'umm, Im sorry, I cant, I just said that I made a mistake and all you have to do is ring the number and do what i said'

again, pleb says 'thats not my problem sort it now!'

would you get aggressive to an Xmas temp who made a mistake but told you the only way to rectify it for like 50 points (which 1000 points gets you £2.50 in, instore credit)

I wouldnt, i was say something along the lines of 'ahh whatever its only a few points (If it was points for something like a PS3 where you would get quite a few then yes, I might be a bit narked off but for something less than 15 quid, I prolly wouldnt bother if the temp made a mistake)

just wondering what PH would do/think of the bloke getting aggressive to a tempory store memeber who made a mistake, really thought when i was standing in the Q 'what a tool, yes it might be a bit annoying but no need to be like that for such a measerly amount of points.'

Demand to see the manager! And then ask for the temp to be sacked.

Maybe push over a few stands as well.

xmas temp went and got manager without the bloke asking, and the manager told the bloke to not talk to her staff like that and that Yes, its annoying but If he continues to speak to her staff like that she will get security to remove him, the funny thing was that when he said, thats not right, start again, she said , no, your being an arse to my staff now get out of my store lmao

Yeah thats the spirit..

  • Steal his wifes 4x4 and crash it through the shop screaming, shout "You want some of this muther f*cker?"
  • Take the assistent up the Oxo Tower, regardless of what sex they are.
  • Come back home to the nut house and post some trivial rubbish on PH
Try not to drink as much coffee perhaps wink

I'd probably punch his lights out, give him something to cry about, might inspire him to learn a trade, and not have to be a punch bag Xmas temp again.
