Open Source Licence

Has anyone got experience will open source licences? We have a client which wants the source code to the complied DLL which we normally licence. We want to retain the IP rights, allow him to maintain the code going forward, we will not be supporting them. Also want to say that he cannot redistribute without our written permission. Any help would be much appreciated.
