Anyone here keep Anableps/Four Eyed Fish?

Been looking for something to keep that'll fit in with my work/life/etc and came up with the idea of a Corn Snake, which the missus doesn't like the idea of, saw some Anableps last weekend and they looked like fun, also saw some Mudskippers...

Are these easy to keep? Can find loads of info on Mudskippers, but not Anableps...

Thanks!

I think you're confusing them with Blubberdubs...

I bought a couple of mudskippers a for the fish tank in my bedroom when I was a kid. I knew they go out of the water and climb trees in the wild but I didn't expect to get woken up one morning with one flopping around on my pillow. I put it back in the tank but it died soon after. I found the other one dried out behind the radiator on the other side of the room. Tricky fish to keep.

Yeah, my parrot/budgie kept flying away as well, perhaps I should have put a lid on his cage...biggrinbiggrin

Go to your local specialist tropical place (where in the country are you, there is a great shop in Essex..) and get some advice from them really.
