A large pasta lunch is mandatory as the pre-drinking gut-lining lining. Then, more pasta in the late afternoon, as a post-lining lining. Then you can start followed by dinner, then more I avoided a nasty that way last year...and I can assure you I was drinking double rum'n'cokes, 'coz I was a bit and the colour of the cola was clearer than normal I wonder if Flasher had anything to do with that ??!! (Hello, my sweet :smileykiss: )

Anything with copious amounts of olive oil is good. Slows absorbtion IIRC from my University days...
