I colleague who is working on developing a joint project with Kent F&RS has been asked to complete some sort of right-on uber-PC impact assessment form. -They are common place in the public sector currently and try to ensure that religious, wheelchair-bound transgendered individuals are not forgotten in the design of services.

The Fire Service in question call them People Impact Needs Assesments.

Or PINAs.

Excellent.

"Have you shared yer PINAs with anyone else?"

"Have you photocopied yer PINAs?"

etc etc.
