As per title!
Anything like Resident Evil or something similar; being jumpy/scary wise on the 360?
Had a go on the Bioshock demo early and that seems to have a story that could get a little 'odd'! wink
Is that worth bothering with?
Any other suggestions? scratchchin

Bioshock is great, more eerie than scary, although it has its moments, worth it for the excellent story alone.

Bioshock has to be easily in my top 3 games I have ever played on the Xbox. If you have not played it, I would happily recommend it to anybody that will listen......and even those that don't smile

Dead space has more of a Resi-Evil feel to it, but personally, I would rate Bioshock higher. It's a bigger game as well, will take longer than Dead Space, which is very short. I won't say it's short in comparison, because it's just short and that's it frown

Silent Hill is also coming to the 360 in Q1 of 2009. Not played a version of it since the original, but the original had some good scary moments, so will be worth a look.

And then after all that, Resident Evil 5 itself will be there for us all to enjoy smile

Bioshock gets a resounding thumbs up from me, cracking story line and very creepy and atmospheric. Quite easy and over too quickly, not sure if its really worth re-playing though.

Don't forget Dead Rising, if not just for the comedy value.

Dead rising was completely unplayable for me because the mission text was too miniscule to read.

Resident Evil 5 if you wait until next march.
Although that's arguably not very Resident Evil anymore!

Condemned, now in the XBox classics range for about £10-£15.

Grimy New York landscape, psychos running about with weapons various, leaping out of dark places, a framed cop who has to work out who's against him and why most of the city's scum are now homicidal maniacs.

No zombies, but plenty of things that go bump (on your head, with a lead pipe) in the night.

I'd forgotten all about Condemned.
I have it on PC, but lost it in a cupboard and never played it. Keep on meaning to play it.
Perhaps get that and Bioshock for some cheap entertainment on the 360!
Thanks! thumbup
