Missfiring mk3 ibiza cupra!

I flouded my ibiza 3 days ago. when i got it started it had a little missfire, ever since its got so bad i cant drive it, soundin like a scooby??
Has any1 got any idea's what could cause this?

That's what my money would have been on but it would have to have been flooded bad for water to affect a coilpack.
