So the catholic church have stopped an ice rink next to a school because they fear it may attract paedophiles.

One can only presume they are worried that said paedophiles will go there instead of hanging about in churches f cking choirboys.

If you read the article it is not the Catholic church that is stopping the ice rink but the staff and parents of a Catholic primary school. I wouldn't think their religion has anything to do with their opposition to the ice rink. Staff and parents can be tts regardless of their faith.
