This isn't a rant, it is more a cathartic download.
I have had Michael Jackson's pathetic sing-a-long-with-the-kiddies warblings 'Heal the world' going and round and round my brain since Saturday night.
(Some losers were singing it on the X factor.)
"For you and for me and the entire human race ... AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH! fk OFF! You ING PLASTIC FACED FREAK.
Right now I feel destroying the entire human race.
So come on, share the pain.
What song can't you get out of your head?

Its easy to get rid of any song stuck in your head.

Simple in fact, utterly simple.

Honestly, its so easy you're going to be amazed.

Simply repeat this to yourself, three times.

'Feeling hot hot hot, na naaaaaa, na na'

I had John Denver's Annie's Song in my head for days. I had to have a lobotomy to remove it.

Remember the line in Pulp Fiction about Samuel L Jackson's wife being a vegetarian, which pretty much makes him a vegetarian? It's a bit like that.

Had that the other week, but at least it was the version that gets sung to Norwich City fans, so it was making me laugh.

Altogether now:

Your sister is your mother
Your uncle is your brother...

(Apologies if I've offended any non-inbred Norwich fans.)
