Courier to the Netherlands?

I need to send a small parcel (maybe 9x9x6 inches) to the Netherlands, I'd like it to be insured for £2k and to make it there reasonable quickly i.e. a couple of days.

I've no idea which couriers are considered decent and if some are geared towards some destinations more than others (aren't TNT Dutch?).

Suggestions and any idea of rough costs welcome.
