I think we should all park our cars and block off the Bournemouth International Centre to protest about the 1.28p per litre fuel hike that comes into effect tomorrow morning.

Make the b@@tards at the Labour Conference walk!

Nice thought Nige about blockading Bournemouth but the police are managing to do that on their own. Most of the car parks are closed, the shops are deserted (except for Labour Party members), the whole place is crawling with police in a variety of vehicles including armed response units. I've seen sniffer dogs and even horses, one of which left a right old "mess" in the town centre (with all the equipment they have you would think one of the coppers would have a bucket). I have never seen so many armed police and even spotted a load of their vans last night outside one of the best hotels in Bournemouth. There are so many of them that you speeders elsewhere are safe for the rest of the week - trust me.
Anyway, we would love to see you in Bournemouth but perhaps not this week.

Tell me about it. Got pulled by the cops while driving the works van. They were pulling all vans into the lay by near cemetary junction. Cops armed with machine guns, pistols etc.

Asked me to open the van which I did. It was full of boxes of paperwork that I'd just picked up. For a moment I though they weregoing to empty it all out (it took me an hour to load the van up) but I think they couldn't be bothered.

Sounds like somebody upstairs is getting paranoid. Still, judging by his popularity rating I'm not surprised !

Problem is...

If there was an election tomorrow which party to vote for?

All 3 of the major parties are unelectable from my point of view as all of them are pushing policies which I fundimentally disagree with.

...now where is that soap box? Vote VetteHeadRacer!!

Lady's Choice = L.C. = Elsie

So from now on we need to call Richard - Elsie.

I think we should stand as we couldn't do a worse job than the current lot (or the previous lot).
