OK,

As it happens I'm self employed, so it's only my own time I'm wasting..biggrin, but for all those that aren't do you have a slight twinge of guilt that you are not giving your employer "value for money", when you are on here.....

Also, if roles were reversed, would you give any of your staff the bulletshoot if you caught them surfing PH, or anything else in company time???

Be honest.........smile

Sometimes feel a little guilty but have a very demotivated day today and I can't be arsed. Besides all the bosses have either swanned off on the golf course, jolly of some sort or just gone home at lunchtime today so if they can't be bothered then neither can I!

No - But my boss is right arse about it... makes me work late and everything.

I'm a self employed skitzofrenic that can't spell for toffee and hates his boss.

My atttiude, and that of my current boss, is that so long as the work is getting done, and done well, it doesn't matter when and what (within reason) people are reading/surfing/chatting about.

As well you know I have nothing to do but read PH!

If someone needs something done, I break away and get it done immedately.

I'm not sure what they expect me to be doing otherwise, but I'm guessing if I told them what they've actually employed me to do, I'd be out the door hehe

hehe Mental, love it.

Never felt guilty about it & why should I?

I get everything done and more so feck it. Anyroad, most of the time I am on PH during work is waiting for something or someone so it's ok.

Self employed working from an office at home.

I insist that all employees put in a minimum of a couple of hours on PH every day. gets difficult if I have to go to client meetings.

The result of spending too many hours on my own!!

But to be honest PH keeps me upto date with all the current news & worldly issues... just at a level that is far more suitable to me (and my boss) biggrin
