I feel violated - very embarassing moment

I accidentally did something last night in public that had me feeling violated, although the other person probably feels more violated than me.

I brought my girl to The Forest of Fear, it is a haunted park you walk through with rides and games, all that stuff. So I won her a bear, bought her some cotton candy and provided protection when masked men with chainless gas saws came jumping out of the woods. It was fun, until....

We had just gotton Zeppolees (fried dough with powdered sugar) and we stopped to see a fire eater performing, atleast I stopped. Apparantly she kept on walking, we both didnt realize this. Well, my girlfriend had on a blue hoodie. I put my arm around her waist, and leaned in and said something like, "look at this honey, wow." I then proceeded to give her a gentle nudge towards the front of me so she can see the fire eater a bit better. Well, as I did that and she came into view I saw that it wasnt my girl, instead, I had my arm on the lower back of a young boy!!! Who incidentally also had on a blue hoodie!

I immediately pulled my arm away, put my arms up and yelled, "JESUS CHRIST. OH MAN, SORRY DUDE!!"

I figured any minute I would be sucker punched by the father or something, or maybe jumped by his friends or something. He was like 12 years old LOL

It was so embarassing. I felt dirty. Then out of nowhere my girl comes to me as if nothing happened. Apparantly she hadnt seen it. My face was bright red, so I had to tell her the story, but I suggested we move to another side of the park.
