I've accidentally deleted the missus last episode of this series (6) off the sky plus ,has anyone got any idea please where I can download or get a copy?

Me too. I never even heard of a programme called Mutual Friends before!.

To the OP why not just say sorry its gone. Are you scared?. Do you not have a pair? Does she give you an allowance to go down the pub with your mates once every 3 months?.
