Ah - useful one. I've tried using Nikon's own software, but I really didn't want to pay for it as I wouldn't use it for much else. May well give that a roll sometime.

Cheers for that, works well. There is also another script for self portraits on that site.

Thanks for the interest in my tethered shooting script! I'm amazed how many have an interest in this. It's just a little geeky scripty sort of thing because I end up tinkering more than I do photographing. :-(

Anyway if anybody uses this and has some comments or things they'd like to see it do that it doesn't please let me know here or on my blog, I'm always interested in new ideas for things to do!

Yours,
Raymond

I'd like let let everybody know that I did an updated version of the free tethered shooting script. Still Windows only I'm afraid and only tested on Nikon DSLRs. But now it has a GUI and proper buttons and preview window and such.

I still want to add a bunch of stuff like time laps and automated processing of the images. But that's for the next version.

I'd love to hear from anybody who has tried to and how it went for them. I'm struggling a bit with making a clean looking GUI so it is obvious how to use, coz now I've done it as an HTA which is basically HTML and my web skills are not that great!
