I've got loads of images i collect off the web of photography i like.

I keep them all in the same folder and then just view them with photoshop which isn't ideal.

anyway, the point of this post is: is there some magic piece of software that will allow me to drag and drop images onto a page. view it all at the same time, print them all out on a page?

cheers,

rick.

I use Windows Picture and Fax Viewer - you move from one photo to the next within a folder by using the arrow keys. Fast and easy.

Not "magic", but Lightroom would allow you to import files from anywhere on your hard drives, you can then rate them, sort them, put them in slideshows and print in all sorts of configurations. Probably not the answer unless you were going to use Lightroom anyway. But I know nothing that would do all that for less dosh.

In photoshop:

File>Automate>Contact Sheet II

This creates a sheet and fills it with all the images in the folder you specify. Also adds file names below each image. Pretty useful, only once you've made your selection of course!

Aperture has a cool "Lightbox" function that lets you stick a whole pile of pics onto one space and resize them, zoom etc however you want. Mac only though.
