Audi S4 (b5) tuning

What are the best options for tuning the Audi S4.

I don't really want to spend the sort of money that K04 turbos will cost so was just considering a chip perhaps to make its performance more respectable.

Whos the best place to take the car to ? I've been recommended MRC for a chip. Is this still good advice ? I know things change over time with staff moving around etc.
