I couldn't find a thread on this, so apoligies if it's a repost.

Only real comment is that I hugely enjoyed young Mr. Toseland and yound Mr. Rossi having a right old scrap. JT is a real fighter and I hope that next season he has a few better results. If you missed it, watch it on iPlayer.

Great race, shows that when JT gets some decent set up time on a circuit he knows then he's a genuine Moto GP rider capable of winning races. Next year, provided his team gets the support from Yam he should be fighting for podiums more regularly but he really needs a factory ride - maybe Lorenzo's?

Great race, really good scrap between Toseland and Rossi, and alot of mutual repect shown.

Another awesome Rossi demonstration. If he'd have stayed on his bike during qualification he'd have walked it. Moto GP is by far the best motor-racing at the moment IMO. Good on JT for having a good scrap, even if it meant that his tyres went off too quickly for him to be able to defend at the end. Rossi was the first to acknowledge that it had been fun!

My sentiments exactly Just watched the race, one of the best of the year IMO. Philip Island is such a great track for motorbike racing.
