The whole bad news thing.....I can't sleep.

It is rearly spooking me at the moment. The news is just so much doom and gloom. It seems the real world is, at the moment, a bad bad place, and it is rearly scaring me. No matter which way you turn it is horrible news, credit crunch, knife crime, Gordon Broon. Anyone else having trouble sleeping?

Remember, there are as many or more good things as bad, they just don't sell news. It will be OK.
