I know there is no definitive answer to this but:
I use my S2 Exige mainly on road with 5-6 Walshy days per year and am looking at the odd track day. I don't use it daily, just for fun.
If I was to go for Nitrons (single way) what spring rates would be best? And how does that affect the ride height?
Cheers

AHH!
To be honest the ride height is of secondary importance to me, it is more about the ability of the car to corner better. Obviously the two are intrinsically connected so I need to reconsider this. But, for example, if the springs were 425 front 550 rear, what would I be looking at?
Cheers

well, at those rates, I would suggest a min hight of ~115/120mm, any lower and you risk running on the stopps too much...To be honest the ride height is of secondary importance to me, it is more about the ability of the car to corner better. if your going to head down this route, ideally you should jump into somebody's car with simmilar setup, then decide if you can live with them.
once you have arrived at an idea of where you want to be, I would suggest getting Chris (Hofmanns) to get the dampers made up for you to meet the spec rather than just getting the off-the-shelf defaults.
