I bought it around a year ago as I played the demo on a mates and loved it.

I traded it in as I got bored of it though, and hated the crap sounding engines.

One of the houses I had in it was fking amazing though. My dream house.

All the front is glass, glass rear as well, and a swimming pool with rocks and st in it. Driveaway at the front goes round either side of the house leading to a garage that stretches the entire length of the house at the back.

EPIC.

Anyone know which one I'm on about?

Aren't they now developing a new one?

I really hope they get the handling and the engine noises right, the cars in GTAIV handle better than those in TDU!

Seriously???? the cars in GTA4 are diabolical. Crap engine noises and dreadful handling. Yes they are fun but far from good handling!!

I always thought the cars in TDU handle ok, certainly far better than GTA

I was playing this last night whilst monging out on the sofa. Was having a great time just driving my weismann around the twisty roads.

We need to populate it with PHers more as the people that I always see tend to be in something like a Saleen S7 and only ever drive on long straight roads, venture of those roads and you won't see a soul.

that's what i was doing in the caterham cool enjoying the mountain roads, met up with two like minded aussies in exige's so ended up driving about with them for a bit..alot of fun enjoying the craic between us

i cleared out my garages and ended up with 9million to spend so did a tour of the car dealers using the GPS to enjoy driving each car to the next dealer...i dont bother tuning any cars as they become very skittish

I do love the Caterham.

I met a couple of Alfas on a hoon last night so decided to tag along, they didn't take too kindly and one came along side me and tried to knock me off the road causing a nice high speed tank slapper. Some very nice sociable people on that game.

Whatever you do stay away from the city and the 'drag strip' the only thing it's good for is listening to what some of the idiots say through the headset.

Nope, the engine noises are crap in both games, but the slides and spins (in the sports cars at least) are progressive and managable in GTA. The cars in TDU just jump off the road without warning.
