BOLOCS, SOS - Battery change!!

Bit of a plea for help from any resident BOLOCs - I now need to fit a new battery to my Elise, but can I shift the screw that locks the battery down - does anyone more spanner savvy than myself have half an hour to spare sometime today/tomorrow to help me change the battery?

I will pay in tea or beer.
