Off topic for cars, but I found a funny snippet in a boat mag whilst at the hospital last week.

"Trevor Wilkinson, founder of TVR Cars lived the remainder of his life in Minorca, in a small town called "Mahon".
Each day, he would go down to the harbor, fake his little dingy(avon inflatable), pump it up and row our into and around the harbor.

To save on having to constantly repair the aged dingy, Trevor, an expert with fiberglass had completely covered the floor, the tubes, everything with fiberglass to ensure it lasted without the need for further maintenance. this turned out to be true as the dingy still sits on the side of the harbor, now outlasting its former owner who died in June this year.

Pic to follow.

Well Done Trev. another ingenious thing to do.

Given the rain we've had this year thanks to global warming/cooling/watering

It could come in very useful yes
