If you have a firewall you have to allow cookies for the sites. Then it only appears once per session.

Computer is at work so firewall is out of my control...

Just thought Pistonheads.com would like to know in my eyes it isn't doing them any good

Have a look at Petrol Teds explanation on the "Website Feedback" forum.

Then install a popup blocker. I use Mozilla, which has a popup blocker built in.

Pays for Ted's mortgage. Send him a contribution and I'm sure he'll come up with a special service for you. At the top of website feedback forum there is a sticky post on the topic from Ted.

It's a pop under for me - I thought that's the way it was designed - I see no issue with it as it doesn't take ages to load, even on dial up and Ted does after all offer PH as free - as has been said before if you offer to pay Ted's mortgage....

Yep - pops "under" on my system too. Don't even notice it's there half the time, until I take time out from reading these fascinating posts to log out. I wish someone would pay my mortgage for me.

You should only get it once per session. Sounds like you're getting it a lot more often which is odd.

I've done some investigation and would be curious to know if you're getting multiple copies of it when you're logged in as that's one of the means by which I try and limit the exposure.

I've worked it out. In my employers wisdom they block certain types of cookies and web content so I'm not able to log in to the site. Can't even see the login menu. Sooo every time I go to the homepage I get and ebay pop up.

All is forgiven. We all need to make a living
