HELP! I need something to play with.....

I broke my left arm and am facing weeks sat at home with only a laptop for company.

Can anyone suggest any freebie online games that I can play using only my right hand (preferably that won't make me blind before anyone suggests it )

Not free but Civilization IV is a great game you could get your teeth into and would be fine with one hand
