That's why Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone - live streaming audio in real-time. And yet people prefer to type!

Well it confused the hell out of me. She said she was using GMail and you started banging on about a mail application (rather than a web browser)

She said that, but she didn't mean it.

At first I was going to defend her and inform you that googlemail is a web based mail client and not the Mail app in OS X which you seemed to be trying to help her use. But then I decided not to!

roflrofl

I've had so many of those. It is astonishing how inobservant people can be.

My mother calls up regularly to tell me her email doesn't work. I have no clue how she doesn it. My email worked from the moment I installed the program right up until right now when it is STILL working.

There must be some sort of genie that presses buttons in the night.

Either that or it's my five year old nephew. I've got money on it being the nephew.

Wish I could have done that in my tech support days.

"My CD drive isn't working"
"You mean your printer don't you?"
