Horizon Motorsport to close down

I don't know if it will affect many people here but Horizon Motorsport are to cease trading this coming Friday.

Really? Where did you hear this from as theres nothing on their website and I couldn't see anything on the Lotus forum?
Be a shame if they are as several of my friends use them.

Sadly it's true - my Cerb has been well looked after at Horizon for a while now (after another midlands based TVR specialist buggered it right up). Mike told me a week or so ago when having the 12k service done.

that's sad news .. is mike going anywhere else? they always looked a very professional outfit .. are they going to concentrate on more race cars maybe or is it really the end?

Thats really sad. Have used them a lot over the last few years and Mike has always been very helpful.

Doesn't suprise me in that they offered very poor service twice in my experience; and this was proved to similar with my Lotus colleagues.

It looks like there was a variable service level or general unawareness.
