I know the locking ring and seal fit the S fuel tank but I wonder whether the level transmitter would too. Picture not really clear enough to see, although I suspect the metal bar may need a bot of fettling.

I wouldn't be surprised - you can be sure that it will be a standard component off something.

The TVR sender unit looks as if it has the same (or similar) base plate but the arm is certainly very different. Just had a look at the old one I took out a few weeks ago (why do we hold onto all the old rubbish - just in case ..sad!) and it says on it TVR1 so it is clearly not for something else but then it may well be virtually the same as another one to all intents/purposes.
