Ah, but does maddam use those jelly sachet/granule things or good old bars of jelly you break in to chunks? (and eat half of in the process )

800ml vodka

2 packs Jelly



put a splash of vodka in bowl with jelly cubes. Microwave until jelly is melted. Add the rest of the vodka. put into cups, into the fridge to set....done!


make traffic light jellies using different flavours of jelly. Use the first flavour, allow it to set, then add the next flavour

OH tried this once years ago, but the fecking stuff never set.

I never saw the manufacturing process, but I suspect - it being at our first proper house after our student days - youthfully enthusiastic use of the vodka bottle to be the cause. It was horrible, but then I don't like vodka anyway.

Buy a big watermelon, a big bottle of vodka and a metal funnel. Stab the watermelon with the funnel and pour vodka into the watermelon periodically. Watermelon absorbs the vodka. very nice.

Wrong. It won't set if you put too much in. Ours didn't and then the gf's parents found it in the fridge and ate the lot not realising what it was.

Thats what we thought

Rocked up to our hotel in Tenerife, got unpacked and went down to the nearest shop for supplies. Absynth was about £5 a bottle and the packs of jelly were right next to it. It was a sign.

Net result, carnage

Don't use the large packs of Skittles go for the small pack, I used a large pack and it was the worst tasting drink ever..like pure sugar - what a waste of Vodka
