I swear to God, and I never thought I'd say this about a British Prime Minister, but that man is so st that I actually think he's retarded.

ETA: I mean, really, I do. I'm not joking.

FAIL.

Now step aside and find someone more progressive to run the party so you actually have a vage shot at winning an election.

Brown has the greatest position of any PM. He's got a large majority and can forget about the next election which means he can make really radical decisions without worrying about the consequences.

If only he would use the opportunity.

But you're assuming he wants to make the UK a better place, actually listen to the concerns of the masses, put in place long term plans that will acheive stability and security rather than safeguard his own arse.

Mr Brown. It's really not that hard.

a)Get someone else to load the gun.
b)Put the pointy end to your temple. (Thats a part of your head)
c)Make sur the barrel is at 90deg to your head.
d)Pull the trigger.

It's really simple. Many people manage it. So if you could just get it right and stop shooting holes in the country I'd be very gratefull.

Hey guys I think you are being a bit unfair.

He has been in top level politics for the past 10 years.

But NOW he is going to actually put some effort into running the country. Obviously it's not an important enough job for him to put a bit of "nouse" into it at the start. He clearly decided to wait until the last, well lets see, hopefully a whole day of intelligence before the tories come back in.

I do think it's his own envy that has gotten him into this mess, spent most of his time coveting the top job but didn't bother learning any leadership skills.

The BBC said:
He also told the programme he was a "pretty ordinary guy" - but said 10 years at the Treasury meant he was best qualified to deal with the international financial crisis.
Don't know about you guys buy I don't want someone 'pretty ordinary' running the country. I want someone exceptional and talented. A great leader.

Also - note how they took all the credit for the last 10 years of good financial times which was predominantly due to cheap goods from the far east, cheap money (paying for that now) and cheap imported workers i.e nothing to do with Labour except for their st border controls. Now the st's hitting the fan it's the world economy and according to Jack Straw today 'nothing to do with Labour or the Government'.

Got I wish they were female because they suck cock real good.

Personally, I find him very trying already.

So, what he’s saying is that he hasn’t really been trying before.

Now what makes him think we want someone in charge who wasn’t paying full attention before.

The point is there is no point in him safeguarding his own arse so he may as well tackle the huge problems that politicans from all parties would rather avoid such as public sector pensions. Even if everyone who would be negatively impacted by reforms votes against him in won't matter much.

but he is the right man to lead Britian through these difficult times, maybe if he repeats that again and again we will start beliving it-oh wait.

Britain will go up and down on the swell of the global economy like a cork in the sea. Not much he can do about it - except make us less competitive of course. And lie.
