Strange National Events You'd Like To See / Participate In

Anyone else have an urge to participate in some ridiculous that doesn't yet exist? My suggestion is:

Event: Jedi vs Sith - To The Death
Location: Brighton Beach, Midnight, December 31st.
Scenario: Several thousand people, many in costume and each armed with assorted toy lightsabres, face off - Good vs Evil.
The Purpose: Anyone passing by will look down on towards the beach, see a blur of sabres, and exclaim "What The fk!"


Alternatively...The same thing, but with pillows!

Either one could then become an Olympic event

I'd watch the giant pillowfight. The lightsabre one would freak me out. I think there should be a national fancy dress day, where people go around dressed up as something completely weird. (not like Halloween).
