Has anyone information on this

?TVR?
My guess that it is a 'prototype' for the Griffith 200 as it has some Trident #4 style elements.
Who can tell me more

It's the 1967 Tommy Entwistle designed TVR Gem utilising the Tuscan LWB chassis and the Ford 3 litre Essex engine. It was destined to be the replacement for the Tuscan but never made it past prototype stage. For full details refer to pages 135/136 of Success Against the Odds. As far as I recall from my time editing Sprint, Tommy ws still successfully racing this in the Manx Classic as recently as 1998/99.
