McCarthy Stone retirement flats
Discussion
Need some input! Mother-in-law is buying a McCarthy Stone retirement flat, not a new one, and has read about McCSt's financial problems and that it's having to restructure it's debts.
If McCSt goes tits up, what security of tenure would she have as their flats are all long leaseholds? And who would be responsible for building maintenance etc?
Anyone with some input would be gratefully received.
