Couldn't find this specifically in the archives so here goes.

At the last service my 97 Griff 500 was filled with Castrol RS 10W60. It now needs a little top-up and I have about half a litre of Mobil Motorsport 15W50 in stock. Will it cause any problems if I use it up before getting some Castrol?

Cant see that amount making any difference considering the amount of the other stuff thats there and the fact many PHers use all sorts in the V8

Thanks Pies. I know that Mobil is fully synthetic and think Castrol is too. I draw the line at Mazola though!

Au naturel. Actually Merlot is better mixed with Cab Sauv - you get the soft fruity bit of the Merlot with the tannin and dark notes of the Cab Sauv. Tried it in the car but it makes the exhaust smell funny and the car starts weaving...
